Bespoke websites for chartered accountants and firms

Websites for CA firms, built around professional credibility.

MyCA builds bespoke websites for chartered accountants and firms. The website becomes the controlled foundation for search visibility, professional content, and a credible digital presence — with human review before launch.

Website-first does not mean promotion without limits. Service classification and the applicable ICAI rules still matter.

The foundation

A strong CA website starts with information you can support.

The job is not to make the practice sound louder. It is to make the firm easier to understand, find, and trust using information that can be supported.

01

A website built for a CA practice

A bespoke site shaped by your firm’s real history, specialisms, empanelments, team, and way of working — not a generic professional-services template.

02

A search-ready website

Clear page structure, descriptive copy, technical SEO essentials, and a domain your practice owns give relevant searches somewhere credible to land.

03

Professional content with restraint

Service pages, firm information, articles, and updates are drafted from verified inputs and reviewed before publication instead of relying on promotional filler.

04

Human review before anything goes live

Technology accelerates the first draft. People confirm the facts, tone, priorities, and boundaries before the website is approved for launch.

ICAI-aware by design

A modern digital presence still needs professional boundaries.

The 2026 Code provides meaningful room for websites and professional content. It does not turn every service, claim, or channel into unrestricted advertising.

Firm website

ICAI’s 2026 Code permits members, firms, and registered Networks or Alliances to create their own websites.

Factual information

Firm details, professional experience, classified services, staffing, and specified quality information may be displayed within the Code’s conditions.

Educational content

Professionally relevant blogs, articles, updates, bulletins, and educational videos are expressly contemplated by the website rules.

Service presentation

Service information needs correct classification. Information about services exclusively reserved for chartered accountants remains pull-only.

Read the clause-cited ICAI Website Guidelines 2026 guide. MyCA does not provide legal advice or certify ICAI compliance.

What the website changes

A clearer practice creates better first conversations.

Be understood before the first call

Prospective clients can see what your firm does, who it serves, and how it works without relying on a vague directory listing.

Build search visibility on accurate information

Useful pages and professional updates create relevant entry points while keeping the firm’s public claims grounded in verifiable facts.

Keep one governed source of truth

Your website becomes the controlled home for approved firm information, with hosting, upkeep, and future changes handled in one place.

How it works

From firm information to an approved website in four steps.

  1. 1

    Tell us about your practice

Share your firm profile, brochure, priorities, and the information you want to feature or avoid.

  2. 2

Shape the website and content plan

Your services, audiences, proof, and search themes are organised into a clear page structure.

  3. 3

    Draft, trace, and review

The site and copy are drafted from your inputs, checked for unsupported claims, and reviewed by people.

  4. 4

    Approve and keep it current

Nothing goes live until you approve it. Hosting, upkeep, and future edits can stay with MyCA.

Common questions

Straight answers about websites for CA firms.

Can a CA firm have its own website in 2026?+

Yes. ICAI’s Code of Ethics, Volume I, clause 3.3.1 permits chartered accountants, CA firms, and ICAI-registered Networks or Alliances to create their own websites. Clause 3.3.2 does not prescribe a standard visual format.

Can a CA firm actively promote every service?+

No blanket rule permits every service to be promoted in every way. The 2026 Code distinguishes non-exclusive services from services exclusively reserved for chartered accountants; reserved-service information remains pull-only.

Does MyCA write the website content?+

MyCA drafts the content from your firm’s real information and instructions. Facts and claims are traced back to what you provide, then reviewed before anything is approved for publication.

How quickly can the first website be ready?+

A first website for review is typically prepared in under a week. Revisions and go-live timing depend on the scope and how quickly your team reviews the draft.

Does MyCA provide legal or ICAI compliance advice?+

No. MyCA builds with professional restraint and source-aware review, but it does not provide legal advice, certify ICAI compliance, or replace fact-specific guidance from ICAI or an appropriately qualified adviser.
